First-Time Login Instructions
- Logon ID: Use your Primary Member Number.
- Must be at least 6 digits.
- If your number is shorter, add leading zeros (e.g., 12345 → 012345, 1234 → 001234).
- Security Code (Password): Use the last 4 digits of the Primary Account Holder’s SSN (e.g., 9876).
- After logging in, you’ll be asked to create a new Logon ID and Security Code.
- Use these new credentials for all future logins.

First-Time Setup
- Create a 4-Digit PIN after entering your account number and date of birth
- Add a Payment Method by selecting “Add New Debit Card” or “Add New Bank Account.” A success message confirms setup

It is easy to get started. Simply log in to your online banking account or mobile banking app and enroll in Bill Pay. Once your account is verified, return to Bill Pay and select the “Send Money With Zelle®” tab.
